All of our wines are made in Gnaw Bone, Indiana from fruit grown throughout the United States. Grapes, juice, or fresh fruit is shipped to us at the winery and then we make the wine by hand. A dry wine is a wine that has no residual sugar or added sugar. These complement food while pairing very well with a meal.
The grapes for our Pinot Grigio come from the Lodi valley in central California and the wine is made at our winery in Gnaw Bone. This dry wine is well balanced and refreshingly crisp. A versatile wine that can be enjoyed with an appetizer, a full meal, or with friends.
This wine blends Cayuga White grapes from western New York and Muscat Cannelli grapes from California. Each varietal exhibits tropical fruit flavor and character. As you savor the flavor of this wine, it will remind you of a Sauvignon Blanc. Pair this wine with chicken, fish, or enjoy it on a sunny day.
Our Zinfandel is a dry red wine made with grapes grown in the Lodi region in California and made at our winery. The Zinfandel is light in character, with subtle notes of cherry and black pepper and aged with oak after fermentation.
A ruby red, dry wine with hints of dark cherry aroma and flavor. A bittersweet finish makes this ckassic varietal a great pair for a variety of meals.
This oaky dry red wine is made from Barbera grapes that come from the Lodi region. This 2018 vintage is benefits from a short stay in the winery as the flavors are bright and bountiful. Dried fruit and earthy undertones make this wine a great pair for a variety of entrees.
We source the Merlot grapes from a vineyard in the Lodi region of California. This dry red wine is fruit forward from the nose all the way to back of the tongue. A light oak flavor rounds out the flavor of this complex wine. The Merlot pairs well with charcuterie or your favorite beef dish.
These wines are low in residual and added sugar, around 1-2%. They bridge the gap between dry and semi-sweet wines.
This classic hybrid grape makes a very fruit forward and crisp white wine. Our Vignoles grapes are sourced from western New York and is made at our winery in Gnaw Bone. The wine has grapefruit and pineapple flavors and is a perfect accompaniment to seafood, salads, or sunny days.
Traminette is Indiana’s signature wine because the vines enjoy the Indiana climate. Our Traminette is semi-dry and possesses characteristics of its parent grape Gewürztraminer. Fruity with a sweet floral aroma, this wine is perfect when enjoyed with cheese and fruit.
This light red table wine is made from Foch grapes and has a touch of sweetness. It is aged in stainless steel to enhance the light, fruity character. It is perfect with tomato based dishes; some people have called it the perfect pizza wine. Serve at room temperature and enjoy year round.
These wines have sugar content between 4-5%. These are great well rounded wines that have a light sweet taste. Enjoy them with a meal or by the glass.
A luscious blend of two different white grapes, Cayuga White and Muscat Cannelli. Each grape brings its own fruity characteristic, citrus from the Cayuga and tropical from the Muscat, to give this semi-sweet wine its delightful taste. The Vista Rosé is made from the classic American varietal Catawba. This pink grape produces a lovely grape flavor that everyone can enjoy. Ours is semi-sweet and should be served chilled. Pair it with an appetizer at your next gathering.
Our best selling wine is made from Concord grapes and has a beautiful red color. The classic grape flavor makes you think you are eating grapes right off the vine. Serve the Vista Red chilled or make a hot mulled wine to warm you up on cool fall and winter nights.

Fun, fruity, and perfect for all of your summer activities. Take it with you to the beach or a barbecue. Garnish with fresh fruit and serve chilled or on ice. A concord wine base is mixed with a variety of fruit flavors to create a sweet and refreshing summer drink.
This classic combination of concord wine and fall spices is a hug in a mug. This wine is great for any holiday gathering or to enjoy as you relax by the fire. This wine is very similar to our classic mulled wine made with the Vista Red. The spices are already mixed in and it can be heated whenever and however you want. Heat it in a crock pot for a large group or on the stovetop to make your kitchen smell wonderful.
These wines have sugar contents greater than 5%. Wines can be made from both fruit or grapes.
The Apple Wine is more like a kicked up apple juice than a fresh pressed cider. The clean apple flavor is great by itself or with a pork dish; drinking or cooking with it you can’t go wrong (or a little bit of both). Serve it chilled or heat it with spices at your next tailgate party.
Cranberries and apples have always had an affinity for each other, which is evident in this beautifully colored wine. The cranberries are the star of this pleasantly tart wine. The Cranberry Apple is great with turkey and ham, as an accompaniment for a sweet dessert, or mulled with spices when it gets chilly.
The Plum Wine is made from 100% Damson plums, which produce a sweet honeysuckle aroma. This beautiful purple wine is pleasantly sweet with a lingering tartness. Drink the Plum as a complement for Asian food for a classic combination.
Our best selling fruit wine, the Blackberry is made from marion blackberries grown in Willamette Valley, Oregon. The fermentation starts with the whole fruit, which produces a wine with a rich purple color and complex sweet distinct blackberry flavor. Drink the blackberry chilled with your favorite dessert, as dessert, or add to your favorite baked good. The Blackberry should not be aged in the bottle, enjoy within 2-3 months.
These wines are often sweeter than dessert wines and are higher in alcohol due to added brandy or grape spirits.
(20% alcohol) The Old Barrel Port is wine made from Baco Noir grapes that is fortified with brandy. It is then aged in a once used bourbon barrel to create a delightful blend of flavors; fruit from the grapes, oak from the barrels, vanilla from the bourbon, and a fiery finish. The Old Barrel Port is perfect as nightcap or to share with friends on a special occasion.
(20% alcohol) This dessert wine is made from fresh black raspberries and is fortified with brandy for a satisfying kick. The Chateau Gnaw Bone Black Raspberry is a perfect end to your day. Try it room temperature, chilled, mixed in a cocktail, with chocolate, or over your favorite dessert (especially cheesecake and ice cream).
